Crew, truck and dump trailer. We load, haul it away and leave the space broom clean. You do not touch a box.

Point at a fill level to see what it costs. Because our trailer runs two feet longer than the standard rig, the same pile takes up a smaller share of the bed, and a smaller share of the bed costs you less.

Prices cover a standard household load, including the labour, the haul and the tip fee. Heavier materials such as concrete, soil and roofing are quoted separately. We confirm your price before anything moves.

tipped properly
Everything we load leaves in our own trailer and goes to a licensed transfer station. We separate what can be donated or recycled from what has to be dumped, so usable furniture and appliances get a second life where we can place them. Nothing gets left on a verge with your name on it.

Asked before every job
Do I need to move anything to the curb first?
No. That is the job. We carry everything out ourselves, from wherever it is sitting, including upstairs rooms, basements, attics and back yards.
How is a cleanout priced?
By the size of the load and the work involved, not by the hour. We give you one price before we start, either from photos you send or after a quick look on site. If the job turns out significantly bigger than it looked, we stop and talk to you rather than adding it to the bill.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. Emergency and short notice pickups are part of what we do, and we keep room in the schedule for closings, inspections and turnovers that cannot move. Call 845-598-9696 and we will tell you honestly what is available.
Do you handle hoarding situations?
Yes, and it is one of the things we do most. These jobs need patience more than speed. We sort as we go, set aside documents, photographs and anything that looks like it matters, and check before anything questionable leaves the house.
Will you take a single item?
We will. One sofa, one refrigerator, one mattress is no problem. We are set up for larger cleanouts, so if you only have a couple of pieces, call and we will fit you in around the bigger jobs.
What condition do you leave the space in?
Broom clean. The floor gets swept, boxes and loose debris go, and the space is ready for a realtor photo, a new tenant or your car.
